Q: WHAT SHIPPING DO WE OFFER?

A: Domestic: We have 2-3 day shipping available in the US and 5-7 day shipping available for a lower price.

A: International:  We offer a range from 7-21 day shipping depending on your choice.

Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

A: There may be a 1-2 day processing time. For domestic orders in the United States, order usually ships the next business day if the order is purchased before 5pm.  We do not ship out on Friday after 12 noon - Sunday.  International orders can take up to 2-3 weeks and sometimes longer due to customs

*IMPORTANT About Pre Order And Back Order***If you want to receive a back order or pre order Item separately from items that are in stock make sure to split your order in 2.  Otherwise, your whole order will not ship until the back order or pre order are in stock at the warehouse.   

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: We do offer international shipping to over 20 countries.  However, make sure to check to if your country covers Customs fees.  Each country has a maximum amount a customer can spend without getting charged.   The customer is responsible for all custom and tariff fees that their country may charge. 

Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 1-2 business days to have your order processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order.
