WHOLESALE TERMS
Policies & Ordering Information
1. Account eligibility
RomperJack wholesale is open to legitimate retail businesses. A valid resale certificate or EIN and a business shipping address are required. RomperJack may approve or decline applications at its discretion.
2. Ordering through the portal
Wholesale orders are placed through the RomperJack B2B portal. Inventory limits may apply by SKU to protect availability across stocking accounts.
3. Pricing
Standard wholesale pricing starts at 50% of MSRP. Volume pricing may be available for qualifying accounts. Current approved pricing is shown in the B2B portal and is subject to change.
4. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms shown at checkout. Net terms may be offered to established accounts at RomperJack's discretion.
5. Shipping & fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled from our Illinois warehouse. Standard lead time is 5–7 business days from order confirmation unless otherwise noted. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
6. Returns & exchanges
Damaged or defective goods must be reported promptly with photos. Non-defective wholesale orders are generally final sale. Approved exchanges are subject to availability and applicable return-shipping terms.
7. MAP policy
Retail partners are expected to follow RomperJack's current minimum advertised price policy. Contact us before running advertised promotions below MSRP.
8. Brand use & reorders
Approved stores may use available RomperJack product images and brand assets to merchandise and promote the line, consistent with brand guidelines. Reorders can be placed through the B2B portal, subject to availability.
