Wholesale Terms
1. Account Eligibility
The RomperJack wholesale program is open to legitimate retail businesses only. A valid resale certificate or EIN and a business shipping address are required to activate a wholesale account. RomperJack reserves the right to approve or decline any application.
2. Ordering Through the Portal
All wholesale orders are placed directly through the B2B portal. A maximum of 5 units per SKU per order applies – this keeps inventory available across all stocking accounts and protects everyone's ability to reorder.
3. Pricing
Wholesale price is 40% of MSRP (standard keystone). Current pricing is always shown live in the portal. MSRP is provided per item – see the MAP policy in Section 7. Pricing is subject to change; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order, processed through the portal at checkout by card or other approved payment method. Net terms (e.g., Net 30) may be offered to established accounts at RomperJack's discretion after a history of paid orders.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders ship from the RomperJack fulfillment center directly to the business address on file. Standard lead time is 5–7 business days from order confirmation. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Damaged or defective goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos; RomperJack will replace the item or issue a credit at no cost to the store. Non-defective wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for return. Size or style exchanges on unsold, unworn, tagged inventory may be requested within 14 days, subject to availability – buyer covers return shipping. No returns or exchanges on clearance or final-sale items.
7. MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy
Stores may not advertise, list, or promote RomperJack products below MSRP in any channel – in-store, web, marketplaces, or social. In-store clearance markdowns are permitted; public advertising below MSRP is not. Repeated MAP violations may result in suspension of the wholesale account.
8. Brand Use & Reorders
Stores may use RomperJack product images and brand assets to merchandise and promote the line, consistent with the brand's look. No alteration of logos or product images is permitted. Reorders can be placed anytime through the portal, subject to availability – the 5-units-per-SKU cap applies per order.
9. General
