How does the 90-day attribution window work? +
When an eligible customer clicks your affiliate link,
qualifying purchases made within the 90-day attribution
window may be credited to your affiliate account, subject
to Shopify Collabs tracking and program terms.
What's the difference between an affiliate and a creator? +
Affiliates primarily earn commission by referring qualifying
sales through Shopify Collabs. Creators work with RomperJack
on potential opportunities such as UGC, gifted products,
paid content and brand campaigns through our creator program.
What happens if an affiliate order is returned? +
Refunded, cancelled or otherwise ineligible transactions
are not eligible for affiliate commission.
Do creators automatically receive free products? +
No. Creator opportunities vary by campaign and may include
gifted products, UGC, paid campaigns or other collaborations.
Participation and compensation are determined individually.
